LHPL Contracting holds a Tasmanian builder's licence as stated on this website. Licence, accreditation and membership details are current at the date of publication. Building work is carried out in accordance with the Building Act 2016 (Tas), the National Construction Code and the terms of the applicable building contract. Nothing on this website constitutes a building contract, a residential building work contract for the purposes of Tasmanian legislation, or an offer capable of acceptance.
All building work is undertaken only under a written contract signed by both parties, generally a Master Builders Tasmania or ABIC (Australian Building Industry Contracts) standard form contract, which will set out the scope, price or pricing basis, program, variations, payment terms, insurances and warranties applicable to the project. In the event of any inconsistency between this website and a contract, the contract prevails.
You must not use this website for any unlawful purpose, submit false or misleading information through the enquiry form, attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems, introduce malicious code, scrape or harvest content or data, or use the site in a way that damages or impairs it or interferes with any other person's use of it.
