A new residence designed by Dynamic Design. The entry is carved into the facade as a dark timber-lined portal beneath a charcoal box, set against standing-seam metal cladding and a rendered garage wing. Exposed aggregate paths and native planting meet the building at grade.
Beyond the entry the house opens up into a single long living space under a raked ceiling, with a white stone island, timber floors and a full-height rendered fireplace wall as the centrepiece. Sliding doors on both sides open to a wide timber deck and a covered alfresco with a rural outlook. Bathrooms carry the same restraint: large-format tiles, twin timber vanities, freestanding baths and brushed brass tapware. Dynamic Design provided a well-resolved set of documents, and we priced and built from them without variations to the design intent.
